Report a reversed order

If a reversed order status update is delaing on our side and the order is still marked as successful despite user feedback, please notify us as soon as you detect a cancellation event. This will help us speed up the order cancellation and money refund process.

Important: Since order cancellations affect fund settlements, please ensure the reported data is accurate. For special cases, such as testing, please contact your account manager to coordinate the process.
