Cancel a delayed purchase order

Cancels a purchase order that has been awaiting delivery for more than 30 minutes.
You can check the cancellation result using the Purchase order details endpoint.

A cancellation penalty applies in any of the following situations:

The buyer cancels the order within 30 minutes of placing it.

The seller has already sent the Steam trade offer, but the buyer cancels the order.

The seller has sent the Steam trade offer, but the buyer:

does not accept it within 24 hours;

manually cancels or declines it; or

performs a prohibited action, such as sending a counteroffer.

The penalty is 2% of the item price, subject to:

Maximum penalty: $9.00 (10T for T-coin accounts)

Minimum penalty: $0.01 (0.01T)

If 2% of the item price is less than $0.01, a minimum penalty of $0.01 will be charged.
